Pune | 7 July 2026: Despite heavy rainfall across Maharashtra and significant travel disruptions, PROP CONNECT 2026 concluded on a grand and highly successful note, setting a new benchmark for collaboration, networking and knowledge-sharing in the Indian real estate industry.
Organised by the Professional Realtors of Pune (PROP) in association with the National Association of Realtors – India (NAR-India) at JW Marriott, Pune, the event witnessed a houseful gathering of real estate professionals, making it one of the most successful real estate networking events ever hosted in Pune.
What made the event even more remarkable was the overwhelming response despite extremely challenging weather conditions. Heavy rains disrupted travel across Maharashtra, with major traffic restrictions on the Mumbai–Pune Expressway and adverse weather conditions in the Nashik region. Yet, delegates from Mumbai, Nashik and several other cities made every effort to attend the event, reflecting the industry’s commitment and the growing significance of PROP CONNECT.
Real estate professionals from 38 cities across India came together under one roof to truly embody the theme “Connect. Collaborate. Grow.” The conference created outstanding opportunities for networking, business exchange, knowledge sharing and relationship building among real estate consultants, developers and industry leaders.
The event featured insightful sessions by distinguished speakers including Dr. Abhijeet Chaudhari (IAS), PMRDA Commissioner, Manish Jain, Atul Chordia, Vineet Goyal, Vishal Jumani, Vaibhav Sisinty, Akash Agarwal, Sachin Bhandari, and CA Sarthak Ahuja, who shared valuable perspectives on urban development, market trends, artificial intelligence, leadership, business growth and the future of real estate.
Due to exceptionally heavy rainfall and travel disruptions, renowned real estate data expert Abhishek Kiran Gupta of CRE Matrix and internationally acclaimed business coach Rajiv Talreja were unable to attend the conference. The organisers appreciated their support and expressed their hope to welcome them at future editions of PROP CONNECT.
The event concluded on a high note with an entertaining performance by Vipul Goyal, providing a memorable end to a day filled with learning, networking and celebration.
