As India’s real estate sector becomes increasingly data-driven, Samir Jasuja, Founder and CEO of P E Analytics Ltd. and PropEquity, is leading the transformation through technology, analytics and artificial intelligence.
Over the past 18 years, PropEquity has built one of India’s largest real estate intelligence platforms, tracking more than 1.8 lakh projects by over 60,000 developers across 45+ cities. Today, the company serves developers, investors, lenders and policymakers with data-backed insights that support informed decision-making.
Driving Growth Through Data and Technology
Jasuja believes the future of real estate lies in intelligent use of data. The company is expanding its data collection capabilities and leveraging AI to create a real-time analytics platform that delivers actionable market intelligence across the real estate ecosystem.
This long-term vision has been supported by significant investments in intellectual property. Over ₹200 crore has been invested in building a proprietary real estate data repository, strengthening the company’s leadership position in the sector.
Strong Financial Performance
P E Analytics has recorded robust growth in recent years. Revenue increased by 96% between FY22 and FY25 to ₹50.69 crore, while net profit rose 42% to ₹13.28 crore. The company now serves more than 300 institutional clients with a retention rate exceeding 80%. Promoters recently increased their stake to 75%, reflecting confidence in the company’s future. As of December 2025, cash reserves and liquid assets exceeded ₹100 crore.
Launching India’s First Real Estate AI Platform
One of the company’s most ambitious initiatives is the development of an AI-powered conversational platform for real estate. Leveraging data from 45 cities, the platform aims to provide instant insights on pricing, rentals, market trends and investment opportunities.
Designed as a real estate-specific AI assistant, the platform seeks to bridge information gaps and improve transparency for all stakeholders.
Creating India’s First Real Estate School
P E Analytics has also signed an MoU with the Department of Land Economy at the University of Cambridge to support education and skill development in the sector.
The collaboration will pave the way for India’s first dedicated Real Estate School, initially based in Gurugram. The institution will offer leadership programmes, professional certifications and specialised courses across segments such as housing, commercial real estate, warehousing, hospitality, housing finance and analytics.
The Future of Real Estate
According to Jasuja, data analytics is transforming real estate from a perception-based industry into a decision-led one. As technology and AI become increasingly important, stakeholders will benefit from greater transparency, improved risk management and more efficient capital allocation.
With investments in data, AI and education, P E Analytics is positioning itself at the centre of India’s next phase of real estate growth.
