NAREDCO Maharashtra is set to launch the third edition of HOMETHON Property Expo 2024, India’s largest real estate expo, from October 4-6, 2024 at the JIO World Convention Centre in Mumbai’s Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC). Following the tremendous success of last year’s event, which saw 55,000 visitors and ₹1,050 crore in committed sales, this year’s edition is expected to surpass these figures with increased participation from all stakeholders.
Bollywood couple Riteish and Genelia Deshmukh will serve as the official brand ambassadors for the expo, which will feature over 1,000 real estate projects from leading developers across Maharashtra. Attendees will have the opportunity to explore properties ranging from affordable homes to luxury residences in regions such as Mumbai, the MMR region, Thane, Pune, Nashik, Nagpur, and more.
Homebuyers can also expect to find special offers exclusive to the event, with developers offering perks such as no stamp duty, no registration charges, waived GST, and other festive discounts on select units. Property prices will range from ₹19 lakhs to ₹9 crores, catering to a diverse array of buyers.
