In the fast-paced heart of Hinjewadi—Pune’s buzzing IT district—this project was born from a simple yet powerful idea: to create homes that feel ready for the future. Designed with a sleek, modern look, the buildings stand tall and proud, reflecting the ambition of the people who live and work here. But it’s not just about how it looks—it’s about how it lives.
Understanding the unique lifestyle of Hinjewadi’s professionals, each home includes smartly crafted work-from-home spaces, making the transition between productivity and personal time seamless. The three towers aren’t just placed—they’re carefully tilted, like dancers in motion, each angled to give you more privacy and a view that feels wide open, not boxed in by your neighbours.
At the top, something special happens. A grand, sweeping roof connects all three buildings—a rooftop inspired by Singapore’s Marina Bay Sands. But here, it’s more than a design statement. It’s a gathering space. A sky-level community where neighbours become friends over coffee, yoga sessions, or evening strolls under the stars.
The entire project is wrapped in a calm, neutral colour palette—allowing your personal taste and style to take centre stage. It’s a place that looks forward, but always feels like home.
Our requirement to the architect Ar Swapnil Kshirsagar was to create a distinctive and iconic design that would stand out in the city, while also being tailored to meet the lifestyle needs of IT professionals. He and his team at Design11 Architects have done a phenomenal job in delivering a world-class design, with thoughtfully planned rooftop and podium-level amenities. All wings are three-side open, and the passages and lobbies are designed for natural ventilation, which adds to the comfort and efficiency of the space. The unit plans are also planned such that waste spaces are almost zero offering full value for money to the buyers.
