Pune, 12 August 2026: The 9th edition of the Pune Mega Home Buying Festival Exhibitions 2026 will be held on 29 and 30 August 2026. These are 2 location specific expos and are being held at Radisson Blu Hotel, Kharadi (East Pune) and Hotel Tip Top International, Wakad (West Pune). Organised by Aquarius Ventures, the exhibitions are being scheduled just ahead of the Ganesh Utsav season and aims to provide a common platform for leading real estate developers, channel partners, investors, and homebuyers.
More than 50 developers will participate in the exhibition and collectively showcase over 150 residential and commercial projects across both venues. Leading Pune-based developers are expected to be among the participating brands.
The exhibition has been designed as a B2B and B2C real estate platform. For homebuyers, it offers an opportunity to explore a wide range of projects in just two days, compare locations, pricing, amenities, configurations, and financing options, and interact directly with developers—eliminating the need for multiple site visits across the city.
The organisers stated that more than 3,600 families benefited from the previous edition of the Pune Mega Home Buying Festival, making it one of the region’s notable property showcase events. The upcoming edition is expected to attract significant participation from homebuyers and investors from Pune and neighbouring regions.
For developers and real estate professionals, the festival will also provide success-linked participation opportunities, enabling participating brands to generate qualified leads, expand channel partner networks, and build business relationships across both East and West Pune markets.
The organisers believe that conducting the exhibition before Ganesh Utsav will give families an ideal opportunity to evaluate and finalise property decisions during an important festive buying period while offering developers a focused platform for customer engagement and business growth.
