PROP President & HEAD (west zone- NAR INDIA) Urges Pune Realtors to Join International Real Estate Conference

Pune, 26th August 2026: The Professional Realtors of Pune (PROP) is encouraging members of the city’s real estate fraternity to participate in the upcoming International Real Estate Conference (IREC) 2026, scheduled to be held in Hyderabad from September 25 to 27.

In a message, PROP President Udayan Mane highlighted the conference as an opportunity for Pune’s real estate professionals to connect with international consultants, developers and industry leaders and explore emerging opportunities in the global property market.

IREC 2026 will be held at the HITEX Exhibition Centre in Hyderabad and marks the first time that the international conference is being hosted in India. The event is being organised under the aegis of the National Association of Realtors, with NAR-India awarded hosting rights and the Hyderabad Realtors Association handling the local hosting.

According to the official conference website, IREC 2026 is expected to bring together more than 2,000 industry professionals from over 35 countries, along with 75+ global speakers and more than 100 exhibitors and partners. The conference will focus on international real estate markets, investment opportunities, technology, PropTech, innovation and cross-border collaboration.

The three-day event will feature a Global Conference, Innovation Showcase and Luxury Property Expo. The conference programme will include keynote sessions, panel discussions, CEO roundtables and breakout sessions covering subjects including global economic shifts, cross-border real estate, PropTech, urban development and international investment.

Udayan Mane, who is HEAD for NAR-India’s West Zone, has urged Pune realtors to make use of the platform to expand their professional networks and gain exposure to international real estate markets.

IREC 2026 is the seventh edition of the biennial international conference and follows previous editions held in Manila, Bangkok, Incheon, Hanoi, Tokyo and Kuala Lumpur. The Hyderabad edition is being positioned as a platform to bring Indian real estate professionals into closer engagement with the global property ecosystem.

The event will conclude on September 27, with the conference also providing networking opportunities for developers, brokerage leaders, institutional investors, policymakers and technology companies.
