Noida, 6th August 2026: The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) is set to launch a new residential plot scheme near the Noida International Airport, offering homebuyers and investors another opportunity to own property in one of the fastest-growing regions of the National Capital Region (NCR). The scheme is expected to include residential plots ranging from 40 square metres to 300 square metres, catering to buyers with different budget and housing requirements.
According to officials, the proposed scheme is aimed at meeting the growing demand for residential properties around the Noida International Airport and the Yamuna Expressway corridor, which has witnessed rapid infrastructure development over the past few years. The authority is expected to release detailed guidelines, eligibility criteria, pricing and the application schedule after receiving the necessary approvals.
Officials said the plots will be offered in multiple size categories, allowing both first-time homebuyers and those looking to build larger homes to participate in the scheme. The authority is also expected to follow its standard allotment process through a draw of lots if the number of applications exceeds the available plots.
The announcement comes as the region surrounding the Noida International Airport continues to emerge as a major real estate destination. Improved road connectivity, upcoming metro and rapid rail projects, industrial developments and commercial investments have significantly increased interest in residential projects along the Yamuna Expressway.
With the airport acting as a key growth driver, the upcoming residential plot scheme is expected to attract both end-users planning to build homes and long-term investors looking to benefit from the area’s expanding infrastructure. YEIDA is expected to issue the official brochure and registration dates shortly, following which eligible applicants will be able to submit their applications.
