NAR India Strengthens West Zone Leadership
UDAYAN MANE (President-PROP Pune) Set to Play a Pivotal Role
In a significant development for the real estate fraternity, National Association of Realtors India has reinforced its West Zone leadership with the appointment of Udayan Mane as the Head of the region. The announcement was made during the National Convention held on 23rd and 24th March 2026 at the prestigious Jio Convention Centre.
NAR India, the country’s only recognized apex body of real estate associations for over 18 years, follows a structured leadership protocol. Each year, a new president is elected, who then appoints a team to lead various regions. This year, Chandresh Vithlani from Mumbai assumed office as President and announced his leadership team, including Udayan Mane for the West Zone.
As Head of the West Zone, Mane will oversee and drive growth across more than ten constituent associations spanning key cities such as Mumbai, Pune, Kolhapur, Nagpur, Nashik, and Goa, along with Navi Mumbai, Kandivali, South Mumbai, and Thane. These include ARC Nashik, AREA Mumbai, GAR Goa, KRWA Kolhapur, NMAR Navi Mumbai, PROP Pune, REAAK Kandivali, SMART South Mumbai, TEAA Thane, and VRA Nagpur.
His role will focus on fostering collaboration between associations through structured networking, business exchange programs, training initiatives, and cross-city sales opportunities. With a combined strength of over 1,500 real estate consultants across West India, this leadership move is expected to significantly enhance connectivity and business potential within the region.
Speaking on the occasion, Mane highlighted that this platform will empower PROP Pune and its members to connect, collaborate, and grow collectively. He emphasized opportunities in land transactions, Transferable Development Rights (TDR), and resale deals across residential and commercial segments, especially for investors with interests in multiple cities.
Mane also expressed his gratitude to Ravi Verma, Sumanth Reddy, and President Chandresh Vithlani for their trust and support.
In a key announcement, it was revealed that PROP Pune will host the NAR India leadership team for the first time in 15 years during its annual PROP Day, scheduled in the first week of July. This event is expected to bring together realtors and developers from across the country, offering a powerful platform for networking, collaboration, and growth.
This strategic leadership development marks a new chapter for NAR India’s West Zone, positioning it for enhanced cooperation, expansion, and long-term success in the evolving real estate landscape.
