The properties, originally purchased for 4.64 crore each in 2014, fetched an impressive 15.25 crore in the recent transaction. Located in the luxurious Oberoi Exquisite complex, each 1,324 square feet apartment comes with six parking spots. The deal, finalized on November 6, saw Singh selling one of the flats to a fellow resident within the same high-end housing complex.
